Digital download policy

The Legacy Vault is a digital product delivered after purchase. Because digital files can be accessed immediately, all sales are generally final once the files have been delivered.

Before requesting a refund

If you have trouble downloading, opening or using the files, contact us first. In most cases we can resend access, provide guidance or help solve the issue quickly.

Eligible support cases

  • Download link not received
  • File access issue
  • Corrupted ZIP or file problem
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Technical issue preventing access to the purchased files

Non-refundable cases

  • Change of mind after download
  • Expecting a physical product despite the digital download notice
  • Not reading the product description before purchase
  • Purchasing the wrong product by mistake after file delivery
  • Expecting legal, financial, medical or estate planning advice

Duplicate purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact support and we will review the case.
